What are your hours of operation? Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (for members only. When will I be billed? All non-members are required to pay for services at the time of their completion. You can contact us on a list of upfront services. Members will receive a statement in the mail every month. What if I do not see a service I need on your lists? Feel free to contact us on your needs. We do have the right to turn down any service that we feel is dangerous unlawful or unethical. How long are the memberships? Membership fees are paid monthly, and the initial contract on year. Although you may terminate your contract at any time during the year if you are not satisfied. What areas do you serve? Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Salem, Vinton, and Botetourt. Are you insured? And bonded? Yes, we are both insured and bonded. And we guarantee that our work is done with 100% quality. Do you share my information with third parties? No, all of your information is kept safe and private from all other companies and organizations. What are the benefits of a membership? Membership rates are given at a discount hourly rate. Also, extended use of hours of services, exclusive services free of charge, and a point rewards program where you can receive free hours of service and other great gifts. When will your office be closed? We are closed on Christmas Eve after 3:00 PM, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day. We are open for all services for all other holidays. We will be closed one week during the month of November for vacation. When will my services be completed? You may call in advance to guarantee a service by a certain time. If you do not call in advance, we will go in order as the calls are received. Your service will be completed the same business day. Twenty-four hours advance notice is required for lunches. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, and Paypal (www.paypal.com). Do you offer gift certificates? Yes, we offer gift certificates in any denomination starting at $25.00. Personal checks not accepted. |
